Project description: On a former 61 ha coal mine in Bergkamen, a 6.6 ha large
\nLake with a connection to the Datteln-Hamm Canal as well as a new urban quarter with commercial, residential and leisure areas on a total area of 54 ha. Wasserstadt Aden is part of the Bergkamen\/Lunen Garden of the Future as part of the International Garden Exhibition (IGA) 2027. For this, surface preparation (drop plate compaction) and soil remediation must be carried out. A total of 1 million m\u00b3 of soil will be moved.<\/p>\n

Our services: Preparation of a remediation plan, development of a land preparation concept with earthworks planning, planning of a secured capsule for contaminated soils, tendering of the commercial construction work, expert construction supervision, construction management, site management, SiGeKo, occupational health and safety coordinators.<\/p>\n
