The basis of almost every construction project is reliable and complete knowledge of the subsoil conditions. Our field teams ensure that you as the client receive this information - quickly, flexibly and precisely. With six experienced specialists, divided into three efficient teams, field investigations can be carried out at several locations simultaneously. This means that even complex and time-critical construction projects can be managed efficiently without compromising the quality of the results.
We combine manual probing equipment for confined or difficult-to-access areas with our powerful probing crawler (MRZB) for more extensive exploration campaigns or challenging underground conditions. This technical diversity makes it possible to precisely excavate pile-driven core probes to a depth of approx. 14 metres and pile-driven probes to a depth of approx. 20 metres. Material samples are taken layer by layer, carefully documented digitally and subjected to an initial geotechnical assessment („soil analysis“) on site.
The work of our probing teams is characterised by a high degree of flexibility. Depending on the local situation, we select the appropriate method and approach to carry out the necessary explorations and obtain the required information - whether in a confined space with hand-held equipment or over a large area and mechanised with the MRZB crawler probe. This adaptability makes it possible to deliver results promptly and cost-effectively without compromising on accuracy and quality.
Digital documentation and seamless data chain
Direct dovetailing with the company's own soil mechanics laboratory creates a continuous data chain: reliable, project-specific information is generated from qualified sampling and initial assessment in the field through to engineering evaluation and assessment.
Your advantages in the project process:
- Short response times thanks to close integration of field and laboratory
- Carefully digitally documented and traceable results
- Standardised database for building owners, planners and experts
- Efficient processes even with last-minute changes to plans
Our customers benefit from well-founded results and practical solutions that enable the reliable planning and realisation of construction projects.

From exploration to recommendation - geotechnical expertise with added value
On the basis of the data obtained, the experts from TABERG Ingenieure GmbH - Member of the SIERA Alliance detailed information and recommendations:
- Type and dimensioning of the foundation
- Suitable measures for the remediation of contaminated sites
- Possible ways of disposing of and utilising surplus soil
This allows potential risks to be recognised at an early stage, costs to be reliably calculated and costly changes during the construction phase to be avoided.
Our exploratory teams not only provide data material, but also information relevant to decision-making that flows directly into project planning. Whether client, planner or expert - all parties involved receive a solid basis on which they can make safe, economical and practical decisions.
