- Project description: The development plan for the "Semiramis Industrial Park" will open up an industrial estate of approx. 30 ha net commercial area in the south of Lübeck. Due to the location of the site in the area of a former orchard, extensive requirements with regard to nature and species protection, possible supply and disposal, and immission control had to be taken into account.
- Our services: Support and accompaniment of the B-Plan procedure with regard to the organisation and coordination of the actual procedure as well as the awarding and accompaniment of engineering services (project control services according to AHO publication series no. 9 "Project management services in the construction and real estate industry", level 1 and 2).
