Project description: In the Wölsendorf river spar district, mining was carried out on an industrial scale in Central Europe's largest deposit until about the mid-1980s via numerous pits (about 10 larger mines) and since World War II. Together with the historical mining, this left far more than 100 day openings and several kilometres of deposit outcrops, which still affect the stability of the surface. In this regard, the necessary closure measures have been implemented and certified by the mining authorities for more than 10 years.
Our services: Planning, monitoring and documentation of the closure measures, proactive risk management, services from the expert fields of mining, water, soil and occupational health and safety.
